Parcels will be sent using the Omniva Service - Delivery Aim approx 7 - 14 days, from despatch.
If you need the goods quicker, pleace order it by email sales@aatoshop.co we will use the DHL Option.
If you ordering large quantities of any products, or products of 10 kilos or more, please contact us for a firm delivery cost. We may be able to improve upon the price shown on our website, depending on the shipment address.
Shipping insurance
All products shipped from Aatoshop OU have a mandatory shipping insurance levied.

We will send you tracking number after despatch.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days. Please contact us, and wait for a response, BEFORE sending the goods back to us. We will be able to help work out the best/most economical way of getting the goods back to the Estonia. If the goods are faulty, or have been sent in error, we will refund the Delivery Costs.
Please make sure that Returns are sent via a service that will require a signature and that the insurance, up to the total value of the goods, is taken. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
The items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return before a refund is given.
Refunds will be made, only to the card used to purchase the goods originally. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the goods arriving with us, please allow up to 14 days for Refunds to show on your Statement.
